Our dogs have been holidaying at Delsasse for at least the last 17 years. Duffy and Missy, no longer with us 😢 were in the lovely hands of Pat and now Sid with Annette and the caring staff. It never ceases to amaze me how happy Sid is when we turn into the driveway of the kennel and he bounds down the path and can’t wait to say hello to everyone. Thankyou so much Annette for your care of Baxter. We truly could relax and not worry about him while we were away. You go above and beyond. So happy to see Bax wearing such a warm snuggly jacket when we picked him up, so good of you to lend him a much better one than the one we left for him. Last month we were away for 3 weeks. We not only have never left our Westies for 3 weeks before, but we’d never left them at all. So we did a lot of homework before we decided. Well the big test is how are they when and after we pick them up. Well we couldn’t be any happier. On picking them up they were still happy to play and be with everyone there. Even though we were right there after being away 3 weeks. They were so happy, which is a great indicator. Since being home everything is great. Two happy and healthy Westies. Without doubt we will definitely be using Delsasse to look after Lola and Tom again. Annette runs a tight efficient ship and loves every single dog that comes through and it shows.
